Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Sales professional to drive new business within the bank network in Metro Manila.

You will solicit cross-sell, build relationships with branch staff, and deliver product solutions that help Filipino families achieve financial security.

The role offers a dayshift schedule, observes Philippine holidays, and benefits including HMO, paid training, and devices provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products to the bank's customer base.
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with bank officers and staff in assigned branches to generate bancassurance leads.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor.
