Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation seeks a driven sales professional in the Philippines to promote bancassurance products and maintain relationships with bank branches. The role involves soliciting new business, cross-selling products, and coordinating with back-office teams for service requests and claims.

You will build and sustain strong relationships with bank officers, provide market intelligence on campaigns and competitors, and report to the Bancassurance Area Manager weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong experience in Sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products of BPI AIA and its affiliates to the bank's customer base.
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with bank officers and staff in assigned branches to generate bancassurance leads and business.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor.
