Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Outbound SDR to drive new business for a B2B AU Telco client. You’ll own outbound prospecting, build a scalable pipeline, and convert leads into qualified appointments in collaboration with Sales teams.

The role is onsite at Picadilly Site, BGC with day shifts. Candidate should have 5+ years in SDR/BD roles, a hunter mindset, and strong communication with senior executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SDR/BD roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Extensive appointment setting experience.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.
• Excellent communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and lead generation across target accounts.
• Maintain ownership of outbound leads in CRM and Salesloft/uCRM.
• Track KPIs and report on pipeline contributions.
• Mentor junior SDRs and optimize outreach processes.
