MicroSourcing in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Sales Development Representative (B2B AU Telco) to drive outbound prospecting and build enterprise pipeline. You will convert prospects into qualified appointments, supporting the sales team in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

This onsite, day-shift role targets mid-market to enterprise accounts, manages CRM workflows, and collaborates with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handovers and strong pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Outbound Telesales or similar B2B sales roles (SaaS preferred).
• High energy and a can-do attitude; comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools like Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting to build mid market to enterprise pipelines.
• Convert conversations into qualified appointments with clear BANT criteria.
• Manage outbound leads in CRM and ensure accurate logging for handovers to BDMs.
• Track and report weekly KPIs for calls, emails and meetings booked.
