Concentrix is seeking an Associate Manager, B2B Sales to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue growth for our clients. You will coach, evaluate performance, and build strategic client relationships with Salesforce CRM in focus.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will forecast sales, monitor call time and productivity, and develop plays based on data trends. This role is based in Makati, Philippines, with a Virtual First approach.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years proven work experience in a sales role.
• A passion for customer experience.
• Experience in operations and strategy building.
• Excellent coaching history.
• A record of developing and retaining great employees.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience finding solutions as a manager.
• Change Management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the team to achieve targets weekly/monthly/quarterly with high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and maintain CRM data.
• Remove roadblocks to support sales opportunities.
• Lead weekly coaching and performance reviews.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays.
• Stay informed on client services developments and market trends.
• Escalate issues and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
• Align team to operating plan and CPT targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build coaching platform.
• Coordinate incentives and Sales Performance Funds.
• Build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
• Improve sales processes for positive customer experience.
• Lead team through buying/renewal to boost client satisfaction.
