Concentrix is seeking an Associate Manager, B2B Sales to lead a sales team driving revenue for our clients. You will coach, develop talent, and manage performance against targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will forecast sales, ensure CRM data quality, and remove obstacles to opportunities. This role reports to the Sales Manager and offers world-class training and growth opportunities within a global technology leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Remove roadblocks and help team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor team call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Analyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays.
• Stay informed on client services developments and market trends.
• Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
• Coordinate with Sales Director and clients to foster strong relationships and report on forecasting.
