Qualifications

• 4–7 years in business development, new-business acquisition, partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of independently identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capabilities.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and progressing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target accounts, companies, brands, decision-makers, and opportunities.
• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and develop long-term partnerships.
• Develop opportunities from conversations to briefs, RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and pilots.
• Collaborate with Account Managers early to ensure smooth transition to client acquisition.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline from identification to conversion.
• Drive growth via new business gross profit and qualified opportunities created.
