Manila Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for carton liquid packaging in the Philippines. You will drive market expansion, build strategic customer relationships, and establish the company’s local presence with autonomy and regional collaboration.

The role focuses on hunter-driven growth in packaging, beverage, and FMCG sectors, coordinating with European and Asia-based teams to meet customer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in hunter/consultative selling.
• Experience with carton systems or related packaging solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with beverage manufacturers, dairy producers, and juice processors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth segments and trends in carton liquid packaging.
• Develop territory sales plans with targets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including pricing and terms.
• Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
• Provide market intelligence to senior management and product teams.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline/forecast reporting.
