Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Computer literate; proficient in ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic mindset.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented; well-organized and responsible with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build up new customer and regain former customer.
• Develop box requirements based on required specifications.
• Handle Sales Agent account and Office accountabilities.
• Manage Complete Product Development Cycle.
• Prepare quotation based on customers specification.
• Prepare price list of all customers with complete specifications.
• Prepare Master file of all customers.
• Handle customer complaints except on deliveries.
• Verify customers credibility (accounting matters).
• Create sales order in new customer / new items.
