Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) seeks a Global Packaging Manager to provide technical packaging expertise and lead development, testing, and artwork management for global initiatives. The role drives packaging efficiency, specification accuracy, and collaboration across functions to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong packaging knowledge, project management skills, and experience in fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging/related technical field with experience in packaging development or operations.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and transport testing.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging development, mock-ups, and specifications for promotions and sampling.
• Lead end-to-end transport testing and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage artwork briefs, printer details, and packaging documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, Quality and Ops to improve workflows.
