Job summary

Locad in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to own end-to-end sales from sourcing to close, focusing on e-commerce brands and logistics-dependent merchants.

You will leverage an existing PH network, drive negotiations, and coordinate with operations and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and revenue growth while representing Locad at industry events and driving revenue performance.

• Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue in a competitive market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new business opportunities among Philippine e-commerce brands and merchants.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
• Maintain relationships with merchants and coordinate with Operations and Customer Success.
