Job summary

Connext is seeking an AR Collections Specialist to manage end-to-end accounts receivable collections. You will perform overdue follow-ups and payment monitoring, communicate with customers via phone and email, and reconcile payments to keep customer balances accurate.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience.
Hands-on experience in customer-facing collections through phone and email.

Responsibilities

Monitor A/R aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Conduct outbound collection calls and email follow-ups to secure payments.
Investigate and resolve short payments, billing discrepancies, and customer disputes.
Apply and reconcile customer payments to maintain accurate balances.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate collection records and customer accounts in the ERP system.
Escalate high-risk accounts and support month-end A/R activities.
