Job summary

The AR Collections Specialist manages end-to-end collections, communicates with customers via phone and email, and ensures accurate balances and timely payments.

The role requires strong AR experience, ERP proficiency, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum four years in Accounts Receivable and collections with hands-on customer-facing experience.
• Experience handling phone and email collections with customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Conduct outbound collection calls and emails to secure payments.
• Investigate and resolve short payments, billing disputes, and unapplied payments.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments to maintain accurate ledgers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate collection records in the ERP system and support month-end activities.
