Ideal candidates have at least two years in a BPO collections role, strong phone communication, and a positive customer-service mindset. This role offers a professional environment supporting finance operations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in BPO handling collection calls.
• Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Call and email clients to initiate collections for payments when due.
• Actively communicate with clients regarding current invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and a high standard of customer service and positivity.
• Process and post payments as they are collected, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the accounting department with a variety of responsibilities including invoicing, credit memos and other tasks as assigned.
