Strategic AR & Collections Analyst

Job summary

IntouchCX seeks a detail-oriented AR/Collections Analyst to manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and follow up on overdue invoices while reconciling accounts to support strong cash flow. You will work with Sales, CX, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and optimize working capital.

The role requires at least 3 years in collections or AR, plus strong Excel and NetSuite skills. North American-time alignment is expected, with a focus on nearshore or global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Management.
• Professional AR certifications are a plus (e.g., ARS, CARS/CARP).
• Advanced MS Excel and Google Workspace skills required (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and subledger reconciliation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage AR portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce DSO.
• Communicate professionally with client AP teams to follow up on past-due accounts.
• Monitor aging, assess credit risk, and tailor collection strategies for high-risk accounts.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure GL accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Operations to resolve payment delays and disputes.
• Oversee daily cash applications for AR monetization programs and expedited payments.
• Match cash receipts to invoices to clear ledger differences.
• Investigate complex discrepancies and unapplied cash with client finance teams.
• Analyze aging trends and support cash flow forecasting and bad debt risk reviews.
• Partner with FP&A to remove invoicing roadblocks that affect collections.
• Negotiate structured payment solutions for delinquent accounts with diplomacy.
