Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to ensure smooth business application service operations and manage transitions from development to production.

You will drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives while coordinating incident and problem management with stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL Server experience, familiarity with enterprise Agile frameworks, and exposure to release management; knowledge of AI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in relational databases, especially SQL Server; Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM).
• Strong in agile delivery, with release management experience and engineering exposure.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects with attention to detail.
• Experience or active learning in Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues to ensure smooth business application service operations.
• Facilitate transition of application features from development to production environments.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service operations.
• Assist in automating manual activities to improve consistency and efficiency of service delivery.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders as part of incident/problem management.
• Manage escalations related to operational topics.
