Qualifications

8–10 years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred; Snowflake a plus).
Experience with incident and problem management.
Familiarity with Enterprise Agile Frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM) or similar.
Strong agile delivery with release management experience.
Ability to balance multiple operations/projects with attention to detail.
Experience or active learning in Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth business application service operations by resolving issues in a timely manner.
Facilitate smooth transition of application features from development to production environments.
Actively develop continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations.
Assist in the automation of existing manual activities to improve consistency and efficiency of service delivery.
Effectively communicate to stakeholders as part of incident/problem management.
Manage escalations related to operational topics.
