Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Application Support Analyst II to independently support and improve business-critical applications. You will own complex issues, lead assigned projects, design and review solutions, and mentor Level I analysts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise applications or low-code solutions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues independently.
• Experience leading application projects, upgrades, migrations, or significant changes.
• Hands-on with Power Automate and Forms or related platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements and managing implementation risks.
• Knowledge of application configuration, security concepts, and data relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to diagnose problems and restore service.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage advanced configuration, access, integration, and production changes with proper controls.
• Lead small to mid-size application projects from requirements to post-implementation support.
