Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced senior software leader to drive the production architecture and secure, scalable multi-tenant SaaS deliveries. The role focuses on hardening the platform, defining end-to-end workflows, and overseeing releases, incident response, and capacity planning.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and strong security acumen, including tenant isolation and auditability.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years building production software with senior or principal responsibility.
• Experience shipping and operating a multi-tenant B2B SaaS product.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQL, and row-level security.

Responsibilities

• Define canonical production architecture, repository, data model, and release path.
• Harden top-end client workflows and ensure tenancy isolation and security.
• Manage production releases, canaries, migrations, and incident response.
• Enforce quotas, cost budgets, idempotency, backpressure, and telemetry.
• Direct AI coding agents and review their outputs for quality and security.
