Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development professional with a proven track record in IT recruitment and IT consulting sales, particularly across the APAC market. This role focuses on expanding client base and revenue through outbound outreach and strategic partnerships.

You will qualify leads, coordinate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with BFSI, Retail, Banking, Telecom, ICT and other sectors, and deliver tailored presentations at client meetings,

Qualifications

• Must have IT outsourcing/consulting and recruitment experience.
• Experience working for the APAC region is required.
• 4+ years in lead generation, cold calling and sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong ability to research prospects and build client relationships.
• Experience creating presentations and responding to RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Identify business potential across BFSI, Retail, Banking, Telecom, ICT, Shipping, Manufacturing, FMCG.
• Understand client needs and respond to proposals and questions.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to grow accounts.
• Create presentations and present at meetings, exhibits, conferences.
• Maintain prospect database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel).
• Develop sales goals and forecasting; plan and monitor business development activities.
