Job summary

EC1 Partners Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for its APAC team, collaborating with Sales, Product and Engineering to tailor banking technology solutions for prospective clients.

You will lead discovery, translate requirements into software solutions, and deliver demonstrations and PoCs while advising during the sales cycle. Strong English and Tagalog are essential, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, enterprise software pre-sales, banking technology or related roles.
• Strong understanding of banking and lending operations (origination, servicing, repayments, collections).
• Experience with core banking systems and digital banking solutions.

EC1 Partners is working with a growing international FinTech business specialising in cloud-based core banking technology. With an established presence across Asia and Africa, our client supports banks, digital lenders and financial institutions in modernising their technology and scaling their operations.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join their APAC team, working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver tailored banking technology solutions to prospective clients.

The Role

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand banking operations, lending workflows and technology requirements
• Translate business challenges into practical software solutions, demonstrating how the platform can support client objectives
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations and proof-of-concept sessions
• Act as a trusted technical and functional advisor throughout the sales cycle
• Engage with senior stakeholders across banking operations, technology and executive leadership
• Support discussions around SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations and connected banking systems
• Lead RFI/RFP responses and collaborate with internal teams to support successful client implementations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, enterprise software pre-sales, banking technology or related financial services roles
• Strong understanding of banking and lending operations, including loan origination, servicing, repayments and collections
• Experience working with core banking systems, loan management platforms, digital banking solutions or related financial software
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms, APIs and system integrations
• Fluency in both English and Tagalog is essential
• Experience delivering software demonstrations, supporting complex sales cycles or leading banking technology implementations would be advantageous
• Willingness to travel across the region when required
