Job summary

vHive, a fast-growing AI-powered digitization platform for telecom infrastructure, seeks a Senior Account Manager in Manila, Philippines. You will own end-to-end management of key anchor accounts, including a major Australian cell tower operator and Tier-1 Philippine clients, reporting to the APAC Sales Director.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise account management or related roles in B2B SaaS or Telecommunications Infrastructure.
• Experience managing multi-country tier-1 enterprise accounts, renewals, and expansions.
• Solid understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, radio access networks (RAN) or geospatial/3D asset data is advantageous.
• Proven ability to establish clear ROI frameworks and communicate value to executives.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and executive presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Executive governance and account leadership across client organizations.
• Engage stakeholders from C-Suite to engineering and procurement.
• Lead quarterly executive reviews and regular operational reviews with clients.
• Maintain dynamic account plans, map org charts, priorities and risk assessments.
• Drive ROI delivery, value realization and revenue growth through renewals and expansions.
• Coordinate with field vendors and ecosystem partners to ensure delivery.
• Provide structured customer feedback to product and marketing teams for APAC roadmap.
