Job summary

Hive Health is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our SME clients in the Philippines. You will collaborate across teams to deliver a superior healthcare experience and drive adoption of our digital health insurance platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in account management or related fields.
• Ability to use data for business reports and analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts through onboarding, regular check-ins, and business reports.
• Lead discussions and negotiations of contract renewals.
• Organize marketing initiatives such as webinars and newsletters to drive engagement.
• Solicit feedback from accounts and incorporate into product development and strategy.
• Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product and health plans in the market.
• Coordinate with other functions to deliver an excellent user experience.
