Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) Manila is seeking an HR reporting analyst to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR reports and analytics for EMEA and UK regions, ensuring data integrity and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with HR advisors and governance teams to support business decisions. You will manage data extraction, report amendments, and new report creation, maintain data quality, perform data cleaning, and assist with regulatory submissions and audits, while building

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of HR reporting/analytics experience.
  • Experience with EMEA and UK region reporting.
  • Strong data accuracy and compliance in HR reporting.
  • Experience with HR systems (OBI, ERP, Oracle) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Handle data management and reporting activities for EMEA and UK regions, including report extraction and new report creation.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, quarterly, and annual HR reports (HC, new hires, terminations, leaves, rosters).
  • Ensure reports meet schedules and on-demand turnaround times.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to address discrepancies in headcount and records.
  • Support specialized and regulatory reporting for UK & Ireland and partner with stakeholders across HR governance.
  • Utilize HR systems to extract, analyze, and validate data; coordinate with US HR Reporting for testing.
  • Manage UK HR mailbox end-to-end and handle reporting queries.
  • Contribute to audits, compliance efforts, and process improvements in reporting.

Overview

Purpose of this role is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking across Global HR Operations, particularly for EMEA, UK. The role ensures data integrity, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements through effective reporting, data management, and crossfunctional collaboration.

Responsibilities:


Handling Data Management and reporting activities for EMEA and UK Regions including report extraction, OBI report amendments, and creation of new reports.



  • Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, quarterly, annual, and adhoc HR reports including HC, New hire, Termination, leave, Employee Rosters EMEA, UK, Acquisitions

  • Ensure reports are delivered as per defined schedules (monthly/weekly) or agreed turnaround times for ondemand requests.


Data Management, Accuracy & Compliance



  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to address discrepancies related to Headcount accuracy, Termination and inactive employee records, diversity data, Length of service, job titles.

  • Maintain high standards of data security, confidentiality, and compliance, particularly for regulatory and surveyrelated reporting (e.g., Office of National Statistics, regulatory submissions).


Specialized & Regulatory Reporting



  • Support specialized regional and businessspecific reporting, including headcount and specialty reports by quarterly and annual surveys for UK & Ireland.


Stakeholder Management & Collaboration



  • Act as a reporting partner for stakeholders across HR Advisors Governance and Business

  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide insights


Systems & Process Enablement



  • Effectively utilize full HR system access to Extract, analyze, and validate HR data Support report testing and enhancements

  • Liaise with the US HR Reporting team for system testing, validation, and alignment of reporting outputs.


UK HR Mailbox Management



  • Handle the UK HR Mailbox endtoend, including triage, and resolution of HR data and reporting queries


Documentation:



  • Compliance: Ensuring local and compliances of supporting countries are adhered.

  • Participation in internal and external audits.

  • Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiate changes due to change in regulatory requirements or change in technology.


Supporting responsibilities:



  • Ensure timeliness and reliability by consistently meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.

  • Provide adhoc analytical support such as headcount trends, salary details, manager relationships, leave reasons, and employee rosters as requested.

  • Highlight risks, discrepancies, and data gaps proactively and recommend corrective actions.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality.

  • Maintain documentation and trackers for report delivery, stakeholder requests, and compliance needs


About you

Qualification:



  • Graduation and PG in HR will be a added advantage.


Experience: Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years and should have at least worked for EMEA and UK Regions.


Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:


COMPUTER SKILLS: MS-Office, Good MS office, ERP, Reporting, Oracle, OBI developer
