Manpower (Philippines) is seeking an experienced HR Reporting & Data Analyst to support HR reporting and data management across the EMEA and UK regions. This on-site role in BGC, Taguig ensures accurate, timely, and compliant HR reporting while providing data insights to HR stakeholders and global teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in HR reporting, data management or analytics, hands-on EMEA/UK HR experience, and proficiency with Oracle/OBI/ERP HR systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; PG in HR is an advantage.
  • 4–7 years in HR Reporting, Data Management, Analytics or Operations.
  • Hands-on EMEA and UK HR experience mandatory.
  • Experience with Oracle/OBI/ERP HR reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Analyze, clean and reconcile HR data for accuracy.
  • Develop and modify OBI reports and meet new requirements.
  • Support UK&I regulatory, surveys and audit reporting.
  • Manage UK HR mailbox and triage HR data queries.
  • Collaborate with HR Advisors, Governance, and global teams.
  • Support HR system testing and reporting enhancements.
  • Identify data-quality improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Maintain reporting trackers and compliance records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting delivery.

Job description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Reporting & Data Analyst to support HR reporting and data management across the EMEA and UK regions. This role will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR reporting while providing data insights and support to HR stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc HR reports covering headcount, new hires, terminations, leave, employee rosters, acquisitions, and other HR metrics.
  • Extract, analyze, validate, clean, and reconcile HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and amend OBI reports and support new reporting requirements.
  • Support UK & Ireland regulatory, survey, audit, and specialized reporting requirements.
  • Manage the UK HR mailbox, including triage and resolution of HR data/reporting queries.
  • Partner with HR Advisors, Governance, Business stakeholders, and global HR Reporting teams.
  • Support HR system testing, reporting enhancements, and data validation.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
  • Maintain reporting trackers, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Ensure all reporting is delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; PG in HR is an advantage.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR Reporting, HR Data Management, HR Analytics, or HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both EMEA and UK regions is mandatory.
  • Experience with Oracle, OBI/Oracle Business Intelligence, ERP, or HR reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee data.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt quickly.
