Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) Manila is seeking an HR reporting analyst to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR reports and analytics for EMEA and UK regions, ensuring data integrity and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with HR advisors and governance teams to support business decisions. You will manage data extraction, report amendments, and new report creation, maintain data quality, perform data cleaning, and assist with regulatory submissions and audits, while building

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of HR reporting/analytics experience.
• Experience with EMEA and UK region reporting.
• Strong data accuracy and compliance in HR reporting.
• Experience with HR systems (OBI, ERP, Oracle) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle data management and reporting activities for EMEA and UK regions, including report extraction and new report creation.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, quarterly, and annual HR reports (HC, new hires, terminations, leaves, rosters).
• Ensure reports meet schedules and on-demand turnaround times.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to address discrepancies in headcount and records.
• Support specialized and regulatory reporting for UK & Ireland and partner with stakeholders across HR governance.
• Utilize HR systems to extract, analyze, and validate data; coordinate with US HR Reporting for testing.
• Manage UK HR mailbox end-to-end and handle reporting queries.
• Contribute to audits, compliance efforts, and process improvements in reporting.
