Job summary

Solviva, backed by AboitizPower's 1882 Ventures, seeks an Aftersales Manager to oversee aftersales service for residential rooftop installations. You will lead Aftersales Engineers, Performance Engineers, and Permitting Supervisors to ensure timely service, strong system performance, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years in aftersales, customer service, or maintenance management in solar/renewables.
• Strong knowledge of solar systems, performance metrics, and maintenance processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with permitting processes, local regulations, and grid-connection requirements.
• Experience with service management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aftersales operations including service requests and performance optimization.
• Lead Aftersales Engineers, Performance Engineers, and Permitting Supervisors.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle inquiries.
• Monitor system performance and address underperformance with engineers.
• Manage warranty services, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with Permitting Supervisors for post-installation permits and grid compliance.
• Prepare regular aftersales performance reports.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for outsourced work.
