Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to facilitate solar design and engineering workflows. In this position, you will serve as the central liaison between clients, vendors, project managers, and internal engineering teams to ensure projects progress efficiently from intake through final delivery.

In this role, you will review project intake data for completeness, monitor active project dashboards, perform quality checks on deliverables, and resolve operational bottlenecks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates high accountability, and brings exceptional coordination skills to every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear, proactive project updates and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a central liaison across internal departments—including Design, Project Management, Sales, and Supply Chain to align project requirements, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain momentum.
• Project Progress & Material Tracking: Conduct continuous progress monitoring on ongoing projects to verify that schedule milestones, material deliveries, and client satisfaction metrics are consistently met. Track active project dashboards daily to identify workflow bottlenecks, elevate risks, and keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on project documentation and deliverables to verify compliance with company and client standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to resolve operational roadblocks and streamline team capacity.
• Contribute to continuous workflow improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

• Experience in solar industry project management or project coordination roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with solar PV systems (structural/electrical) and AHJ/permitting workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management tools
• Customer Experience & Client Relations: Strong background in client handling, stakeholder management, and customer satisfaction.
