Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an experienced Grid Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of a solar PV power plant. The role focuses on safe, efficient plant operation, performance monitoring, and management of risks, costs, and external services, while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

You will work with internal and external teams to deliver results, support community impact, and develop skills in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years total experience in power generation.
• At least 5 years in power generation leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and management of O&M plan.
• Lead PV plant operation meetings and coordinate OMC execution.
• Manage O&M activities to meet schedule, plan, and budget.
• Coordinate warranty management and supplier relationships.
• Provide regular reports to VP - O&M and management.
