Job summary

AboitizPower seeks an experienced Grid Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of a solar photovoltaic power plant. You will drive safe, efficient performance, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with regulations and agreed service levels.

With a focus on leadership, you will optimize plant reliability, monitor performance, and implement warranty strategies while maintaining strong safety and environmental standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Photovoltaic-Solar Farm operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISO 55001/IMS.
• Strong contract management and enforcement background.
• Experience in leading O&M teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily PV plant operations and maintenance plans.
• Leads operation meetings and manages OMC contracts.
• Controls and reports plant operation against schedule and budget.
• Manages O&M activities to meet quality objectives and budget.
• Oversees warranty processes for plant components and equipment.
• Coordinates with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors on warranty issues.
• Implements EH&S programs to protect staff and visitors.
• Delivers regular reports to management and clients.
