Job summary

Sauce is a premier restaurant technology platform delivering a commission-free delivery and pickup ecosystem. We seek a Senior Accountant to own P2P/AP, reconciliations, and close processes in a fully remote role based in the Philippines, with overlap to US business hours.

You will work closely with the Controller to ensure accurate invoicing, vendor payments, intercompany reconciliations, and timely financial reporting in a lean finance team.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounting experience with ownership of P2P/AP.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and accrual accounting expertise.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and G Suite.
• Experience with intercompany accounting across U.S. and international entities.
• Ability to perform variance analysis and support management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP, vendor onboarding, bill creation, payments and ledger maintenance.
• Process contractor invoices and maintain payment schedules.
• Post monthly accruals, payroll entries, depreciation and cost center allocations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards; ensure audit-ready docs.
• Support monthly close and prepare variance analysis for internalStakeholders.
