Job summary

Civicom is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to coordinate facility services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery from their Alabang, Muntinlupa team. The role supports internal teams and client needs with a focus on proactive problem-solving and seamless operations.

The position requires strong BPO experience, exceptional English communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Proven voice and non-voice BPO customer service experience.
• Superior English communication skills enabling collaboration with local and international teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional email/phone etiquette.
• Experience as a Process Expert, Product Specialist and/or SME is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate customer service requests and schedule service calls.
• Verify completion of services and escalate concerns to management as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver timely services meeting client expectations.
• Oversee urgent and emergency requests with minimal disruption and provide updates.
• Independently resolve minor escalations and high-priority issues.
• Input vendor quotations into the system and assist with bids/quotes.
• Provide administrative support including document input and bids/quotes.
• Collaborate with accounting and internal departments to close out jobs and resolve disputes.
• Follow company processes for work order management and documentation.
• Support team training and motivation.
