Job summary

Civicom Pacific Corp. in Alabang, Muntinlupa is seeking a Vendor Relations Specialist to source technicians, negotiate contracts, and maintain B2B vendor relationships for a maintenance and facilities management-oriented business.

This onsite role handles procurement tasks including sourcing parts and coordinating orders for upcoming work orders. The position offers a night-shift schedule (8 PM–5 AM or 9 PM–6 AM Manila time) and a monthly salary of PHP 30,000–35,000 with benefits such as health

• Conducting phone calls throughout the day, such as cold calls, assessing compliance, and vendor interviewing
• Maintaining relationships and favorable contracts with current and potential vendors
• Creating or submitting purchase requests as needed for assigned work orders
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of parts, materials, and equipment required for maintenance, while supporting related administrative tasks
• Ensuring subcontractor compliance to agreed terms and conditions, company policies, and standards on a continuous basis
• Responding to tasks and client needs in a timely and professional manner

The role

We are looking for a Vendor Relations Specialist that will support our US-based client by way of sourcing technicians, negotiating contracts, and maintaining lasting business-to-business relationships with trade vendors for a maintenance and facilities management-oriented business.

The role will also handle procurement tasks, such as sourcing parts and coordinating orders for upcoming work orders.

Additional Details

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 Total package
• Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 8 PM-5 AM or 9 PM-6 AM Manila Time (night shift following EST)
• This role is an onsite role at our Alabang location
