Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Account Management for MCDS Philippines, based in Manila. You will lead in-market account management for a portfolio of long-tail clients, drive growth, and partner with cross-functional teams to design strategic deals and deliverables.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, autonomy, and a track record in payments or related sectors. You will report to the Regional MCDS team and influence regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, executing and managing accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to grow business and manage performance.
• Background in payments, issuing or acquiring is a plus.
• Ability to build productive relationships across a matrix organization.
• Proactive, results-driven with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the in-market lead for MCDS in the Philippines, managing a portfolio of long tail accounts.
• Grow existing and new customer accounts to hit sales and net revenue targets.
• Analyze customers’ business and support profitability forecasting and competitive analysis.
• Develop meaningful account plans and present quarterly business reviews.
• Leverage Mastercard capabilities to design strategies and proposals to expand business.
• Handle day-to-day account management and resolve operational matters with stakeholders.
• Drive strategic projects to grow Mastercard share in the long tail segment.
• Prepare presentations and meet reporting requirements for stakeholders.
• Support regional leads and participate in strategic initiatives as required.
