Job summary

Intouch Tech is seeking a highly experienced 3CX/VoIP Support Engineer to remotely manage telecoms support queues from the Philippines. This role is an L2/L3 specialist position with no management duties and requires hands-on expertise with 3CX, SIP/RTP, and network troubleshooting.

You will configure and troubleshoot 3CX systems, work with Yeastar and Bicom, and resolve issues related to call quality, registrations, and NAT traversal.

Qualifications

• Very strong hands-on VoIP support experience.
• Very strong 3CX experience – this is particularly important.
• Experience with Yeastar and/or Bicom systems.
• Genuine understanding of SIP registration, signalling and call setup.
• Experience diagnosing VoIP call-quality problems.
• Confidence using Wireshark or similar packet-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own VoIP and telecoms support tickets from initial investigation through to resolution.
• Configure, administer and troubleshoot 3CX systems.
• Work with Yeastar and Bicom phone systems.
• Build and amend IVRs, call flows, ring groups, queues and time conditions.
• Configure voicemail and call recording.
• Diagnose one-way audio, dropped calls, jitter, latency and packet loss.
• Investigate registration failures and intermittent calling problems.
• Capture and analyse network traffic using Wireshark or similar tools.
• Read and interpret SIP signalling and RTP streams.
• Troubleshoot SIP trunks, codecs and NAT traversal.
