Job summary

Insite-Managed-Solutions is seeking a Senior CXone Engineer to support and develop NICE CXone environments. The role is remote for residents of the Philippines and offers a compensation range of 95,000 to 125,000 PHP per month, plus PTO and health, dental, and life benefits from start date.

You will build and maintain CXone call flows, integrate CXone with Salesforce and WFM via REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshoot voice quality, and implement routing with an eye toward scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of telephony or contact center technology experience.
• Current NICE CXone certification.
• Hands-on CXone scripting for call flows, IVR, and self-service routing.
• Experience building REST/SOAP API integrations between CXone and business systems such as Salesforce or WFM.
• Proficiency in at least one language (C#, JavaScript, or Python).
• Troubleshooting voice quality in a production contact center.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CXone Studio scripts for call flows, IVR logic, and self-service routing.
• Build and support integrations connecting CXone to Salesforce, WFM, and other internal systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced voice‑quality issues, including codec, network, and carrier‑level troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain ACD/IVR routing configuration in alignment with the platform's skill and channel strategy.
• Partner with the Senior CXone Architect on environment‑wide changes and identify proposed changes that may carry broader downstream impact.
• Provide ongoing operational support for the CXone platform, including incident response and change requests.
