Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an IT Infrastructure Senior Engineer to maintain and monitor telecommunications systems and network connectivity, designing and supporting call flows for multiple clients. The role includes planning, implementing data and voice communications hardware and software, and ensuring security and performance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years direct experience with Windows/Linux administration and maintenance in a medium sized company.
• Advanced understanding of Datacenter power solutions and load handling.
• Strong documentation, communication skills, and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Complete configuration, installation, and support the equipment in Microsoft Windows/Linux environments to client specifications.
• Create Visio drawings of infrastructure layout for virtual and physical hardware.
• Develop Infrastructure scripting and automation including PowerShell.
• Manage VM infrastructure and data center operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
