Concepcion Durables, Inc. is seeking a Sell-Out Supervisor in the Philippines to drive branch-level sell-out performance across major product categories. You will coordinate with sell-in teams, coach field staff, and ensure timely stock replenishment and display execution.

You will monitor branch performance, cascade promotions and pricing, and work with Trade Marketing to optimize productivity and results. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of Sales and Trade experience.
• Sales skills to understand the consumer journey and motivate purchases.
• Ability to build relationships with branch officers and decision makers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Achieve 100% sell-out target by product category at dealer branches (refrigerators, washing machines, cookers).
• Monitor daily sell-out output for manned and unmanned stores and identify branch needs.
• Execute must-display plan with correct product placement and regular stock replenishment.
• Oversee POP installation and execution at branch level.
• Cascade CDI programs and promotions with correct pricing and visibility.
• Recommend a comprehensive AOR plan based on branch needs.
• Coach PCS/PCs in coordination with the Trade Marketing Team.
• Ensure PC/PCS investments deliver monthly productivity; advise on adjustments.
• Provide senior decision-makers with information on company directions affecting sell-out.
• Act as liaison between branches and CDI; report feedback on program effectiveness.
