Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Executive/Team Lead to drive branch performance across sales, marketing and operations. You will coordinate activities to achieve branch targets and motivate staff to excel in customer service and negotiations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in sales, preferably in retail or consumer electronics or furniture, with strong communication and presentation skills. On-site work at the Bulacan branch.

Qualifications

• Has at least a Bachelor's/College degree as stated.
• 2–3 years of related experience in sales - retail/general.
• Experience in Furnitures/Gadgets is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handles all sales, marketing and operation activities of the branch.
• Ensures achievement of sales target for the assigned branch.
• Motivates and leads branch personnel in the achievement of sales target.
• Performs other duties required or assigned
