SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a Customer Relations Services (Security) Supervisor to assist the CRS Manager in supervising personnel and ensuring security standards. The role involves leading searches, handling customer security concerns, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3–5 years of experience in security, with capability to supervise a large team and respond effectively to emergencies.

• 3–5 years work experience in the security industry, able to supervise a large number of agency personnel.
• Knowledge in emergency response.

• Lead CRS Representative in conducting searches/inspection within the designated area before and after store hours.

About the role

The Customer Relations Services (Security) Supervisor is responsible for assisting the CRS Manager in the overall supervision of personnel assigned to his section.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CRS Representative in conducting searches/inspection within the designated area before and after store hours in any given time if warranted
• Attend to customers' problems/complaints related to security matters
• Assist in ensuring compliance to established security procedures and make recommendations as to its review and/or continued implementation

About you

• Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course
• At least 3 to 5 years work experience in the security industry, able to supervise large number of agency personnel
