Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a responsible individual to oversee the CRS operation of the store and provide administrative support to the CRS department under the supervision of the immediate superior. You will ensure adherence to CRS regulations, respond to incidents, assist in investigations, and support the handling and reporting of Items Left by Customers / Employees across the store.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with 1 year of work experience preferred to join our team in

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CRS operation of the store and provide administrative support to the CRS department as directed by immediate superior.
• Ensure strict implementation of company regulations and directions from the CRS Division.
• Respond to incidents and execute emergency programs in the branch.
• Assist in the conduct of an investigation.
• Comply with prescribed handling and reporting of Items Left by Customers / Employees in the store.
