Job summary

Landers is seeking a Security Supervisor to organize and oversee all security operations of our company, ensuring safety, protection of property, and business continuity across our facilities in Metro Manila.

You will supervise the Security Team, implement emergency preparedness, conduct safety trainings and audits, and prepare comprehensive Security, Safety and Environment reports. The candidate should have 3+ years in security management and a CSP.

Qualifications

• Experienced in the same field or at least 3 years experience in Security management.
• Graduate of criminology or any related courses. Must be a CSP.
• Must have good working knowledge of management practices and principles.
• Knowledgeable of all emergency policies and procedures so that he/she may appropriately respond should any of these emergencies occur.
• Responds to disciplinary problems involving tenants and fellow staff members calmly and reasonably, while maintaining an accurate record of the problem.
