This role manages inventory, merchandising, cold chain compliance, staff performance, and customer service while maintaining food safety standards and achieving sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
