Ideal candidates are graduates or with relevant experience, proficient in Excel, organized and reliable, with good communication to coordinate with staff and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related course or with relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Prepare and organize delivery, receiving, and inventory documents.
• Encode data and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and other departments.
• Assist with inventory counts and resolving discrepancies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
