Qualifications

Proven experience leading lead generation, business development, or sales teams.
Successful track record across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

Excellent coaching and mentoring with a talent development mindset.
Data-driven with excellent reporting and performance insights.

Responsibilities

Inspire, coach, and develop a regional team of Lead Generation Specialists.
Establish performance standards, metrics, and rhythms for the functions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, and Operations for impact.
Drive two motion streams: partner engagement and outbound prospecting.
Introduce AI-powered efficiencies to improve productivity and forecasting.
