Job summary

8x8 seeks a Channel Sales Manager to lead our indirect go-to-market in Southeast Asia from our Manila office. You will recruit, enable and scale a partner ecosystem, driving growth of CPaaS solutions with technology providers and system integrators across SEA.

You will manage a remote, high-performing team, align GTM plans with regional partners, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Support to ensure sustainable revenue growth. Strong leadership and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Channel Sales or business development within the technology sector (SaaS, CPaaS, or UCaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams across cultures (Philippines, SEA).
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Legal and Support.

Responsibilities

• Regional leadership: manage and mentor a distributed ASEAN team with KPIs and localized strategy execution.
• GTM strategy & execution: develop and refine partner-focused plans for recruitment, onboarding and enablement.
• Partner recruitment: identify and sign high-value partners and articulate 8x8 value to enable sales of CPaaS solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Support for partner ecosystem success.
• Pipeline & revenue management: maintain a robust regional pipeline and provide regular reviews to senior management.
• Negotiation & contract management: lead complex negotiations with legal to close favorable agreements.
• Strategic growth: build long-term partnerships that drive recurring revenue across the region.
