Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll services for the SEA region, ensuring compliance with regulations and SLA requirements. You will process payroll, tax, and HR system activities across PH, MY, ID, and TH.

The role requires experience with Empower/Workday or similar payroll systems, strong English communication, and the ability to handle high-volume payroll in a hybrid work setting at our Bonifacio Stopover location.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or at least 3 years of relevant payroll work experience
• Experience processing SEA region payroll (PH, MY, ID, TH) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Understanding of HR processes and payroll regulations
• Experience in high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing
• Experience with Empower/Easy Pay, ADP, GlobalView, Celegro and Workday or similar payroll systems
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Process daily/periodic payroll activities for SEA region ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with taxation, legislation and payroll regulations
• Maintain payroll files and communicate with staff and HR regarding payroll matters
• Align payroll documentation and records with SOPs and update as needed
• Provide payroll reports and data to stakeholders and respond to inquiries
