Job summary

Aggreko (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the Asia region. You will manage end-to-end payroll across multiple SEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution for 150-400 employees.

Responsibilities include processing multi-country inputs, shadow payroll, vendor management, reporting, and maintaining strict data integrity. A minimum of five years’ experience and Workday proficiency are required; this is a fixed-term role based in our

Qualifications

• A minimum 5 years of hands-on, end to end payroll experience.
• Experience across a minimum of 3 SEA countries: Philippines, Singapore and another SEA country.
• Experience working with external payroll vendors in those territories.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll for a medium-sized company (roughly 150-400 employees).
• Knowledge of payroll processes, local labor laws, and payroll bookings/reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and consolidate multi-country payroll inputs, ensuring timely and correct employee compensation.
• Manage and process payroll changes efficiently, meeting strict deadlines.
• Perform detailed payroll calculations, checks, and analysis.
• Oversee shadow payroll management.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring accountability and secure data exchange.
• Establish and enforce robust internal controls for payroll accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Track and manage internal company loans.
• Generate comprehensive payroll reports and analysis, including calculations for new hires, international transfers, and exiting employees.
• Leverage payroll databases to create on-demand reports and support audits.
• Serve as a primary contact for payroll queries and support to stakeholders.
• Manage payslip generation and distribution via Workday, including simulations and data reconciliation.
