Job summary

AECOM Global Business Services - Philippines ROHQ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll services for the SEA region. You will process payroll with strict adherence to methodologies, regulations, service-level agreements (SLA), and related processes.

The role also administers and processes HR systems activities. You will ensure accurate salary disbursement, timely processing, and regulatory alignment while maintaining payroll files and collaborating with HR and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience to Payroll.
• Must have experience in processing SEA region payroll (PH,MY,ID,TH).
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Must have experience in a high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing.
• Experience in using Empower/ Easy Pay, ADP, Globalview, Celegro and Workday or other Payroll Systems.
• Experience in Oracle System is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely perform assigned payroll activities.
• Ensure payroll processing and salary disbursement within timelines and compliant.
• Provide admin support for payroll regulatory alignment (taxation and laws).
• Maintain payroll files and liaison with staff and HR on payroll matters.
• Maintain SOP/DTP and update documentation.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Assist with induction of new staff on payroll forms and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with payroll legislation through research and training.
• Provide accurate payroll reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor Employee Centre payroll support requests.
