Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with high-volume payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll activities for the ANZ region in compliance with procedures.
• Ensure salary disbursement, leave management, and reporting are accurate.
• Handle taxation, statutory obligations, and returns.
• Support process improvements and SOX audit-related data gathering.
• Assist team members with queries and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and process documentation.
